Because each provider may be credentialed with different insurance networks, it is important to confirm that the provider you are scheduled with is in-network with your specific plan.
Insurance Verification
Before your first appointment, we recommend verifying your benefits so you understand your expected cost for therapy. Coverage can vary by plan, even within the same insurance company.
You may want to ask your insurance company:
Is this provider in-network with my plan?
Do I have a deductible?
Do I have a copay or coinsurance for outpatient mental health services?
Is prior authorization required?
Are telehealth sessions covered?
While we do our best to help clarify insurance information, final coverage and payment responsibility are determined by your insurance plan.
New Insurance Options Coming
We are continuing to add insurance networks over time. Please check this page regularly, as new insurance options will be added gradually as credentialing is completed.
If you do not see your insurance listed, you are still welcome to contact us. We may be able to provide information about self-pay options or let you know if we are currently in the process of joining your insurance network.
Good Faith Estimate Notice: Under the No Surprises Act, healthcare providers are required to provide clients who are uninsured or who are not using insurance with a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your care may cost. For psychotherapy services, this estimate will include the expected cost of scheduled services and may be updated as treatment needs change. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may have the right to dispute the bill. For questions or to request a Good Faith Estimate, please contact Emerge Psychological Services at info@emergepsych.com or 812-227-6037.
