PAYMENT INFO & MORE
We are an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield (PPO), and Aetna. We also accept self-pay for clients whose insurance we do not accept, or who do not have insurance. Cash, check, debit/credit card, PayPal, CashApp, & Venmo are accepted forms of payment. Our office can provide you an invoice for reimbursement from insurance provider.
