Do you offer virtual appointments?Yes, if meeting at our Terre Haute location doesn’t work for you, we provide secure telehealth services for clients located anywhere in Indiana.
How long are appointments?Most therapy sessions are approximately 50-60 minutes.
Do I need a referral?In most cases, no referral is required.
How soon can I schedule an appointment?We are currently accepting new clients and do not have a wait list. Please contact our office for current availability.
Do you accept insurance?We currently accept Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and United Healthcare/Optum. Please contact our office if you have questions about your specific insurance plan. Self-pay options are available.
What if I've never been to therapy before?Many of our clients are attending therapy for the first time. It is normal to feel uncertain or nervous, and we strive to create a welcoming, supportive environment where you can feel comfortable sharing at your own pace.
